Booking conditions

LOCATIONS
The nights are décomptent noon to noon. The location must be free before 12pm.
All rentals are personal and can never be ceded. Minors unaccompanied by their
Parents are not allowed
The reservation becomes effective only after our agreement and after receipt of a deposit of 50 €.
You will be sent a confirmation.
In case of cancellations made after one month of the date of arrival, deposit is refunded. In the case otherwise, and any early departure, they will not be refunded, as compensation for breach of contract, except if you take out a cancellation insurance, in which case the booking will be refunded in case of cancellation or interruption of stay, justified the subscriber. All rented space must be occupied before 20h.
Every tenant is required to comply with the rules of the campsite.
The fees will be refunded under any circumstances.

RENTALS
Booking
All rentals are personal and can never be ceded. It becomes effective only after our agreement and after receiving a payment of 25% of total price. Any payments not accompanied by Contract lease can not in any way guarantee the lease. Money orders, bank checks or Vacation checks (ANCV) should be made payable to the campsite Les Pins. You will be sent a Confirmation The balance of stay is payable 30 days before date of arrival (to avoid cancellation of lease).
In the absence of contract, the total stay will be paid on day of arrival.
Bond
A deposit of 350 € will be paid by the tenant upon arrival. This will be returned the day his departure - once the inventory carried out - after deducting any costs of restoration location and value for missing or damaged. A lump sum of 50 € will be retained in the case where equipment has not been thoroughly cleaned. Keys can take place once the inventory compiled.
This will be done between 8am and 11am, in agreement with the Management otherwise, the deposit will be returned within one week.
This deposit is in no case a limit of liability.
Cancellation
- For more than 30 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded.
- At least 30 days prior to arrival, the entire stay will remain in camp, unless there
purchase of cancellation insurance, in which case the booking will be refunded if
canceled or interrupted trips, justified the subscriber. Detailed conditions available
on request.
In any case, the booking fee will be refunded.
No occupation
In the absence of fax stating that the tenant had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental becomes available 48 hours after the date specified on the contract and the amounts paid will retain the Directorate camping.
Every tenant is required to comply with the rules of the campsite. The tenant must be insured for civil liability resort.
